==History==

A region that was known for its remoteness and seclusiveness, unfit for most Zu'Aan activities, and known for the tribe that lived in it as one who would distance themselves from society outside the forest. However, this would all change when this region would soon become home to one of the most well-known clans of the Zu'Aan. This clan was known as the Risiahea City Zu'Aan, founded by Xonsede Gwyneirayn, the illegitimate child of the former tribe chief before Risiahea came to be.

During much of her childhood, she was subject to unfair treatment by her siblings, fellow tribemen, and even her own father. Because of the fact that she was an illegitimate child, she was even ostracized from any chance of gaining succession into the position that her father holds. However, this would only lead her to shape her whole self into what she wants it be, leading her to be a better person than how her peers were. She would learn to turn a deaf ear to those who would continue to mock her, and she would strive to work her hardest, becoming more than how she was before she started.

She soon became an honored student, excelling as a tactician, diplomat and a well-trained fighter. Because of this, she was given the chance to go along with the different diplomatic missions the tribe went on. She used this opportunity to learn more about the different cultures outside, gaining friends and allies that she could rely on. Soon, her father had died and without appointing a new heir to his position as chieftain, his children, save for Xonsede, would fight amongst themselves.

And as the years went on, the fighting escalated to become civil wars within the region, and seeing that Xonsede has nothing that she can do yet, she left the village, preparing for her chance to claim the throne. Soon after, she had arrived to the region with her own army and forces that she had gathered from the outside clans, saying that she would offer the opposing forces a truce in the condition that they acknowledge Xonsede as their new leader. However, after three days of waiting, her adversaries had rallied up against her.

Seeing this turn of events, Xonsede mercilessly and ruthlessly defeat her opponents in a large battle, annihilating all her enemies. It was then and there that she had assumed leadership of the tribe, eventually bringing prosperity to the once unruly and chaos filled region. With her wide connections, she managed to hire the most revolutionary architects to create a city that was best of its era, focusing on the strength of their defenses as Xonsede has already thought ahead that different opposing forces would challenge the peace of the soon to be city.

She moved the whole tribe into the city that was now known as Risiahea City. The greater challenges ahead of her were the Kin'toni forces that had once bested her and her military in battle before. Because of this, they have decided to take certain precautionary measures in preparation for future Kin'toni attacks.

==Psychology==

From the very start, the people of the Risiahea City would pride themselves, especially in their founder, Xonsede Gwyneirayn, for their amazing intellect for military tactics, defenses, and all the things that the landscape that their region has to offer. The people of Risiahea were also known to be welcoming to the friendly forces that would come to their city from the regions outside. This would lead them to also take pride in the diversity of their clan's culture and traditions.

Another thing to look at is the studious nature of the residents of Risiahea city, taking the chance to learn from the things that they can learn from. If there is one thing that the Risiahea residents are most proud of, it is their history, and how their founder, Xonsede, was able to bring together and unite their nation after all the wars and conflicts that happened before she was the leader of Risiahea. They have attributed this to the fact that even back then, Xonsede was a naturally gifted tactician.

Providing her intellect and insights in making military plans and schematics, along with her military forces, was able to defeat her enemies that challenged the throne, and outside hostile forces that challenges the peace of the nation. With every battle won, and lost, each time they learn something and implement it in future plans. This is the reason why they have built a city that is specialized in their defenses, because of having lost to Kin'toni forces multiple time.

However, despite the fact that Risiahea has also suffered many humiliating defeats from the Kin'toni, they acknowledge this mistake and has decided that it can become a learning curve, and teach the lessons that can be taken from those defeats to the young (and old) students of Risiahea when learning about their history. Other Zu'Aan clans have also learned of Risiahea's history as a story of triumphs and defeats that helped build a prosperous city. The unique landscape of their city has allowed to adapt to many different kinds of environment that they have encountered.

Molding and utilizing the uniqueness of their environment to their advantage, learning of the things that they can do to further maximize the efficiency of living in an area like the Undartos region. Landscaping the environment around them to suit their every need. Looking at the daily lives of the residents of Risiahea gives you an idea that they are knowledgeable on the things that they do. Also, despite the remoteness and seclusive nature of the Undartos region where Risiahea resides, the residents of Risiahea city are one of the more welcoming and friendly clans out there.

This is the reason why they have managed to achieve diversity in their culture and traditions. Had they not welcomed gracefully the different outsiders that formed the first military forces that their late leader, Xonsede, had led, they might to this day, still experience chaos and unrest brought upon by the civil wars of Xonsede's half siblings.

==Culture==

The culture in Risiahea City is known to be diverse because of the early military forces being composed of people from different regions outside of Risahea. This led to a culmination of different cultures being shared and integrated with the very own culture of Risiahea. Their clan is known to be one of the wisest and more intelligible clans of the region, with their leader, Xonsede Gwineirayn, at the forefront of it all. With her intellect and skill at being two steps ahead of her enemies, she has managed to build a city designed to be on top of its defenses, protecting the people she led.

With regular rainfall and enough sunlight, the residents of Risiahea were known to farm only close to their households. This is because that they fear that if their crops were farmed further out into the open, the rain would end up drowning the crops. This is why most of the residents of Risiahea are hunters, as their main source of food is meat. Most meat comes from the animals that they hunt; some fishes from the river that ran across the region can be considered as part of their diet as well.

The little vegetation and crops that they had farmed were only made to complement their all-meat diet. Despite the unfavorable conditions for farming (i.e. growing large amounts of crops, grains), the soil is fertile and the climate is great for plants to grow in. This is why their forest floor is covered with different kinds of flora, coloring the landscape green. The many trees provided shade against the harsh sun that would come to be every summer season and the rain that would shower over the region regularly.

Most traits of the plants in their region would come to help in keeping the stability of the ground in the forest. The trunks of the trees were put to good use as they were great material in wood-crafting, building, and different other kinds of construction and construction activities in the city. Because there are multiple well-made structures that provide many different uses to the residents of Risiahea, it can be said that the architects and construction workers are some of the best there is in Risiahea.

The best among the clan of Zu'Aan. The different structures that gave Risiahea its own identity are 1) the watchtowers, wooden palisades, spikes, and moats that provide the necessary defenses for Risiahea City against enemy forces; and 2) the houses that were built with raised support beams that would put their homes above the surface of the ground, as it was needed in order to keep out any floodwater if ever there was one. Despite the region being known as very much secluded and remote, it did not stop Xonsede from creating a flourishing city out of it.

A region that was once filled with civil wars and destruction that gave unrest, worry, and unneeded conflict to the innocent residents, seemed to let the people think that there was no hope for peace in their region. However, along with the natural intellect, and natural talent for leading, Xonsede Gwyneirayn was able to create a new city for her people after gaining leadership for Risiahea. A new city that flourished, and gave new life to the people. Providing them with security and peace for as long as the city stands.

==Government==

With a city led only by one person, Xonsede Gwyneirayn was able to create a united and well flourishing city that was able to give her the support of not only her own people, but also the people from different regions outside of Risiahea. This is due to the fact that on her journey out of the region in order to gain followers and knowledge before claiming leadership of her city. During this time, she would go around making friends and allies, gaining support from others when she used to have none from her own people.

She would further cement her place as their clan's leader when she was able to bring an end to the many years of civil wars brought on by her siblings. After that, she has created a new city with state of the art structures she had asked only the best architects to do, this has brought Risiahea to a new age, making themselves known for one of the cities with the best defenses. A leader not only known for her talent in effectively leading a city, but also known for being a natural leader in military warfare.

Being well-versed in combat and excelling as a tactician has become a sturdy foundation for the other skills and knowledge that she has come to learn with being a military general. Along with that, excelling in diplomacy and being part of the many diplomatic missions of the tribe, she has learned alot about how it means to lead and how a prosperous and well-led city should be. Creating connections early on has also proven to be an advantage when it comes to future diplomatic negotiations for the city of Risiahea.

However, not even a great city is safe from different kinds of threats. During the starting years of her reign, with the thought process that her army is stronger than any other forces, she, and her military forces have gone to battle with the Kin'toni multiple times. Only for them to end up on the losing side of these battles. Because of this, she took these failures and learned from them, deciding to further improve heavily on the defenses of the city of Risiahea. These setbacks did not let the people's loyalty to her waver.

Instead, they have stood by their leader and gave support towards the many goals that they have achieved throughout the many years of her reign. This goes to show how open the government led by Xonsede really is. She has created a government that is keeping the best interests and well-being of the residents in mind. putting their safety first, before expanding power to other forces. Prioritizing their defenses so as to not crumble and destroy all of the hard work and effort that she put into uniting and creating a prosperous city under the name of Risiahea.

A government that was first led by an individual of great intellect, known for being a great tactician and diplomat; is now being led by her predecessors, that the people believe, had the same skillset, intellect, and good heart. This was the choice the people agreed upon when she passed away, so as to not sully the good name and legacies left behind during her term as leader of Risiahea CIty Zu'Aan.

==Military==

Because of the founder's history and choices, the military of Risiahea City is considered as one of the stronger and more diverse military forces of Zu'Aan. Seeing as the very first military force formed by the founder, Xonsede Gwyneirayn, were mostly strangers and friends she met from different tribes outside of the city, this paved way for a lot of different ideas and knowledge from outside Zu'Aan. This would help in further developing the different strategies, plans, and warfare blueprints for their military.

With the military being led by Xonsede at the very start, it can also be considered as one of the smartest military forces in Zu'Aan, given the intellectual nature of Xonsede being known as always being two steps ahead of the enemy. This, along with the recent defeats from the Kin'toni forces, would allow them to increase their defenses, may it be defensive strategies and different defensive structures that would give them the upper hand with oncoming external forces waging war.

The different structures like the watchtowers added a line of defense by adding visual efficiency for the watchtower guards to spot any external force coming from afar almost immediately, be it hostile or not. Risiahea military forces were also equipped and trained accordingly to effectively maneuver and battle on rough terrain and harsh weather. Given the geographical nature of the Undartos monsoon forest, the location where Risiahea city is located, different military gear and clothing are made in order for soldiers to move efficiently and effectively depending on the season.

But is permanently made for the soldiers to move easily in water-rich areas, or areas with frequent to recurring rainfall. The military summer gear consists of lightweight clothing, head and body armor (made from large lizard creatures known as Imess), and military combat boots. Since the temperature is known to climb during the summer, along with heavy rainfalls and increased humidity, lightweight and breathable clothing is created so as to not burden the soldiers with more heat.

Of course, this is created while keeping in mind that the soldiers also need protection from external forces and traumas to the body. Head protection gear was also made in order to block the soldiers from the harshness of the sun and provides shade for the head down to the torso. Lastly, their military combat boots are designed for soldiers to effectively move around muddy areas and wet places or places with water with ease. For the winter gear, the military has come up with comfortable clothes that would not be baggy.

As it could interfere with their movement but still would provide them with warmth while still keeping the same head and body armour that they have. Along with this, their gear would also provide them protection from the rain and sudden hailstorms that happen within the winter seasons of Risiahea. While creating their gear, the military has kept in mind the advantages that the landscape of their location can provide. With colors that can blend in easily and perfectly with their surroundings, the military forces can be camouflaged from sight from enemies when battle is brought to their city.

Taking advantage of the use of camouflage, their forces can launch surprise attacks on unsuspecting enemies in the battlefield. With brains matching the strength of their brawn, the military forces of Risiahea are considered one of the best.

==Religion==

Just like many other tribes who has a god to worship, the Risiahea CIty of Zu'Aan has their own as well. Because the main strength of their clan was their military prowess, many of the elders of Risiahea City have attributed this to an existence of a higher being greater than them that overlooks them. Upon realizing this, they soon have believed this to be true and for the belief to be realized into their culture and traditions, the elders have given this nameless higher being a name, and a form.

This all began when the civil wars had just ended due to Xonsede's influence, and that for the first time in years, the residents of the soon to be Risiahea City were experiencing a peaceful night. Underneath the expanse of the dark blue sky that was littered with stars, people were outside of their homes. They celebrated and engaged in a joyous feast, enjoying themselves to the fullest of their extent. A select few, the residents who considered themselves the elder council were watching the sky when they noticed a few streaks of light that passed by seemingly fast.

And just right after, a pattern of the brightest stars came to into view. A constellation that looked like a figure holding a bow and arrow, and according to their beliefs, this was the higher being showering them with light, celebrating their newfound peace. Since then, they have called this being Oo'rin, the god of intellect, warfare and diplomacy. Each night, they would pray to this god they have aptly named Oo'rin, requesting for the good welfare of the city, and for the god to bestow them with wisdom and knowledge, and to wish them well with their nation's endeavours.

Before an important diplomatic negotiation or military expedition, some of the residents would burn incense made of some sticks from the trees, wrapped with a thin layer of a flower petal, as a kind of offering with their prayers. Through this, they would pray for the success and good outcomes from these activities. Also before the children would start with their studies in school, the teachers, mostly comprised of elders and adults who specialized in that field of work, would teach them to pray to Oo'rin.

This is taught to be a sign of respect towards the great god, and becomes their way of communicating to their god. Part of this is that they are also humbly asking to guide them on their journey to gain knowledge and wisdom, especially bestowing the knowledge to the young ones. Their religion and beliefs became a factor for them in order to teach the young ones about their love for their city, and for them to enjoy learning. The elders, along with the government, have determined dates of religious importance and historical significance.

On these dates, the residents of Risiahea would come together and engage in joyous celebration with each other, merrily enjoying themselves. Sometimes, you would see residents on this occasion happily intoxicated and drunk, singing merry songs with one another.
