The Leserkel are adapted to the hyper-humid, rain-drenched, tree-filled Zadrisale Temperate Rainforest. The clan is long-limbed, highly slender, and flexible of build, adapted to be able to distribute their weight on moss coated, wet branches. This also also a agile build lacking dense bone density, and easy to break if the kin'toni impacts the forest floor or is hit by blunt force. The skin is deep, velvety emerald-black in color to match the deep shadows of the forest floor, and it has highly specialized microscopic ridges for shedding water.

The hair is long, oily deadlocks, that are dark teal in color in order to shed the heavy rain-water away frfom their faces and eyes. The eyes are large and with chartreuse-green irises and very large pupils. These are adapted for gathering as much light as possible in the three dark layers of trees in the rainforest. These eyes are hyper-dilated and cannot constrict quickly, leading them to be quickly blinded by sudden light such as a fire-torch. The ears are long, pointed and with flexible, down-turned tips.

These tips protect the ear canals from heavy rain water pooling. The nose is flat, wide, upturned nostrils. The nostrils contain water-repelling, cilia-dense membranes to stop the kin'toni breathing in water droplets during rain. The teeth are long, thin and closely space for stripping the slimy, water-softened skin off their rainforest prey. These teeth are also fragile and weak, and shatter upon sitting bone or armor. The claws are long, needle sharp and curved, for acting as climbing tools for sinking though the moss and into the tree bark.

The claws are curved enough that releasing the grip takes time, meaning that they can be stuck to a tree if they have to retreat quickly. The feet are hand-like and highly prehensile, with a thumb-like big toe. These feet tightly grip around the wet, slippery vines and branches, but means that they are poor at running on flat ground. Inside, they have stem cells that have lined their deep tissues with a form of water blocking lipid matrix that stops the environmental humidity from waterlogging their muscles.

The joints have adapted to have fluid-filled capsules that are twice the size in the wrists, ankles, and spine. This allows for hyper flexibility to allow for near-impossible twisting angles while climbing. These joints are prone to dislocation if it with a heavy blow. The hepatic 'cell clots' have been adapted for finding, capturing, and neutralizing the local rainforest mold spores, such as those entering though wounds or breathing. The neck arteries contain highly sensitive pressure-retaining valves to allow for perfect blood flow even while upside down.

The breastbone has been replaced with an elastic, rubbery sheet of specialized cartilage to allow the chest to flatten and distort for pressing flush to trees while hiding. This lacks rigid bone, meaning that wounds to the chest are often fatal. The fingers and toes have adapted to have tendons that have a biological system of ridges that allows them fingers and toes to have a vice like grip, even while sleeping and without using muscle power. Inside the chest is a fluid filled sac that acts as an ballast sac for helping balance the center of gravity while climbing.
