Eytirth Commission Terms

Commission Terms:

Payment amount: £15-25 an hour.

Payment time: full upfront per agreed-upon hours of work. Milestone payments are allowed, paid upfront per milestone.

Payment method: USDT/USDC (cryptocurrency), Westion Union.


Refunds: Payments are not refundable once work has commenced. Time Tracking: Time is tracked via timer-only actively working hours are tracked.

Scope of Work / Revisions:

Revisions: Revisions are charged for per hour.

Project Scope: Projects require a detailed brief from the client upfront. Any significant changes to the agreed-upon brief after work has commenced may incur additional charges.

Sending the work: When work is finished, client will get the CSS, WorldEdit schem file, finished/set up wiki, writing or other finished work.

Deadlines:

Estimated Timelines: Project timelines will be discussed and estimated per commission, based on complexity and my availability. Delays in client feedback or payment may affect delivery dates.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide clear communication, timely feedback, and prompt payments as outlined in these terms.

Usage Rights / Portfolio:

Usage Rights: The client is granted a license to use the completed work for personal and non-commercial projects (e.g., private non-monetized servers, personal video content without direct monetization).

Commercial Use: For use on monetized work or any other commercial purposes (e.g., as part of a game/service the client operates but does not resell the work directly), the commercial license fee is 100% on top of the build cost.

Resale License: If the client intends to resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the completed work directly to third parties for their own commercial or non-commercial use, a separate resale license fee of 300% on top of the original cost will apply. This must be agreed upon and paid in full prior to any resale activities. Portfolio: The freelancer can use the work for their portfolio.
